Every week from now, Dave's going to share a dish from the kitchen and to kick off we thought we'd show his Keith Floyd tribute - turbot in garlic sauce (BrewDog/Musa style). You'll also get to see where our fresh fish and garlic come from.

If this makes you hungry, feel free to come down this weekend as we've got Mark from the Aberdeen BrewDog pub playing tonight and Empire playing on the Saturday night.
