Wine dinners should be fun and this will be a light-hearted affair, tasting some of Australia’s finest wines along side Aberdeen’s finest produce in the company of Brian”Prof”Lynn from one of the Oz’s top wineries Majella. The foremost Australian wine writer James Halliday rates Majella the best producer in Coonawarra where it is up against very serious competition and it continues year on year producing stunning wines. Brian will take you through the Majella gems from his classy Riesling, Cabernet and Shiraz through to their flagship Malleea with a few stories along the way and no doubt a tune or two on the piano.
